What that means is that we work hard on your behalf with no money down to help you get the money you deserve. For our work, our firm charges 33 1/3% (or 40% once the defendant files an answer in court) of any settlement or judgment amount as our fee at the conclusion of your case. In other words, if you collect $9,000, we charge $3,000. If you collect $15,000, we charge $5,000.
